My recent getaway to the resort was excellent. The staffs were more than welcoming and helped us with everything we needed. We enjoyed the open pool area, which was quite beautiful and well-maintained. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spotless, and the toiletries provided were of high quality. The breakfast buffet was good, with many choices available. The sauna and exercise room were added bonuses. We also liked the accommodating and friendly bartenders at the bar area.
The sound system played loud music in the restaurant during breakfast, which wasn't appealing.

We had a wonderful Easter stay! the staff was friendly and provided us with complimentary drinks upon arrival. the location was perfect, nestled in the mountains with beautiful hiking trails nearby. We particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the variety of food options. the rooms were also comfortable and clean.
That there was no elevator, so we had to carry our luggage up multiple flights of stairs. the parking was quite a walk away from the rooms, which was a bit inconvenient.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, our room was always cleaned whenever we were out. The hotel facilities were great as well, with the indoor pool and gym being our favorites. Also, the staff was very friendly and always did their best to help us, from the reception to the restaurant.
Nothing all excellent.

The sports facilities were impressive, with a variety of activities for all ages. There was a cinema with a 12 D experience which we enjoyed. The staff were friendly and the location was beautiful - a peaceful haven in the midst of nature.
The service was lacking in many areas. The rooms were not cleaned properly, and we had to ask for fresh towels repeatedly.

We had a fantastic time staying at this luxurious hotel in the heart of beautiful Armenian nature. The hotel is perfectly situated next to a serene river, offering breathtaking views right from our balcony. We were able to relax and unwind while enjoying the peaceful surroundings.
We highly recommend this place to all.
